Terms of Service/Use
4 Nuts Only provides the following services:
- Linkware and custom fee-based graphics;
- Free Site Membership for approved applicants
- Interactive forums such as message boards for Members;
- A photo gallery where members can upload and share photos; video
- Silly designs on gifts and apparel.
- Occasional newsletter or site updates via email.
Your use of this site is conditional upon your agreement to the following Terms
of Service:
All graphics and articles on this site, unless otherwise credited, are the
creation and property of 4NutsOnly; no authorization has been given to copy,
alter, use, rename, or represent as your own anything on this site.
Linkware graphics may ONLY be used on personal non-profit family-friendly
homepages for viewing purposes. [Family-friendly means child safe!! - NO
pornography, hate talk, discussion of illegal activities, including pirated
software, etc.) Graphics may NOT be used on FORUMS, COMMERCIAL GAME
SITES, or
in EMAIL. These restrictions may not apply to Site members who receive
express permission to use graphics in these venues from time to time.
All I ask in return is you give me credit for my work by placing my certificate or logo
on your site linked back to this site. The link must be placed on the page where
you have used my background or graphics and be clearly visible. These graphics
are not to be used in any graphic or background collection. Please do
not alter or resize these images, or claim them as your own. You may
not copy them to be sold on CD's or offer them for sale on any other web site.
All graphics must be loaded to your own server. Do not
"hotlink" - this is bandwidth theft.
Custom fee-based graphics may be used on any approved website - including
commercial or business sites - in accordance with the specific agreements
customer makes with 4NutsOnly. Custom graphics may not be resold, copied to be
sold on CD's, may not be used in any graphic, clip art or background collection
and you may not not claim them as your own work.
Membership to 4NutsOnly is free. To become a Site Member you must
complete the Registration form, and confirm acceptance by replying to our email.
Members have access to the Members Only forums and photo gallery. Long term active members
may also have access to a larger selection of exclusive graphics.
Members must provide and maintain a valid working email address. Email which
bounces may result in membership being deleted without notice. If our email has
been blocked by your ISP you may have difficulty in registering or
participating.
Our NutTalk forums are open to registered Site members only. Guest visitors may
read posts in the General Info and Q&A sections to learn more about this site;
all other sections are private for Site Members only. The following is
prohibited from the forums at the sole discretion of 4NutsOnly: foul language
including cussing or swearing; hate material or hateful dialogue; adult-material
or pornographic material or dialogue descriptive of such material or acts;
solicitation for ANY commercial product other than products/services
specifically approved by 4NutsOnly; or any other behavior or discussion
which 4NutsOnly may deem to be inappropriate at any time in our sole
discretion. Participants who, in the sole opinion of 4-Nuts Only, engage in such
discussion or behavior may be banned from the forums without notice or
recourse. All posts made to the NutTalk forums or email sent to 4NutsOnly
directly or via site forms, become the sole property of 4 Nuts Only. Posts are
subject to deletion at any time at the sole discretion of 4 Nuts Only.com.
4Nuts Only makes no claim that the forums are free from information or
discussion which may be inappropriate to children. Although 4-Nuts Only
endeavors to exclude such material, all visitors to this site do so at their own
risk.
4 Nuts Only reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time
without notice.
